Full Job Description:

Studio88 is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Purpose:

To manage and execute daily store functions efficiently, contributing to sales growth and exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive Store Sales: Actively work to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to all customers.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Store Standards: Adhere to and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Merchandising: Handle and organize store merchandise effectively.
• Promotional Stock: Manage and display promotional products.
• Stock Control: Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Clear criminal record.
• Clear credit record.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Temporary
