Job Purpose:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Store Standards: Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Merchandising: Manage store displays and merchandising to attract and engage customers.
• Promotional Stock: Handle and promote stock effectively.
• Stock Control: Monitor and control inventory to reduce stock losses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Background Checks: Clear criminal and credit records.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, Sundays, and public holidays.
