Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. The Salesperson will need to develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable products. This individual will also work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
The role’s focus is to generate income and maximize profit by providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties

Perform sales activities to generate sales and revenue.

Achieve sales targets and meet income goals.

Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising strategies.

Manage cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.

Interact with customers in a customer-centric manner, ensuring their needs are met.

Take responsibility for effective self-management and teamwork.

Stand in for the Branch Manager when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent.

7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
