Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification

  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Centricity: Drive sales through strategic planning, effective prospecting, and exceptional customer service.

  • Stock Management: Implement strategies to control inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize losses.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and risk management standards to safeguard the business.

  • Financial Acumen: Manage cash flow and financial transactions with accuracy, maintaining a focus on profitability.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.
