Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Risk Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial assistance to the Risk team, ensuring smooth operations through effective coordination and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing:
Accurately process and manage invoices to support the Risk team’s financial operations. - Report Compilation:
Prepare and compile various reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. - Travel & Accommodation Arrangements:
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for team members. - Event Planning:
Organize and plan events, ensuring seamless execution. - General Administration:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. - Ad Hoc Tasks:
Provide additional support with miscellaneous tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
- Education:
Grade 12; a Secretarial Certificate/Diploma or relevant qualification would be an advantage. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a secretary or administrator. - Skills & Competencies:
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Google Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license will be beneficial.
- Proficient in English.
- Competencies required: Accuracy, Dutifulness, Performing under Pressure, Planning, Adaptability, Flexibility, Service-Oriented, and Vitality.
