Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Buco, your primary role will be to manage customer service and drive sales within the building and construction environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service and Sales Management: Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing and increasing sales.
• Sales Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance.
• Goal Setting and Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed the objectives established by leadership.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, specifically in the building or construction sector.
