As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service to our customers, achieving sales goals, and understanding each client’s needs to provide tailored solutions. You’ll play a vital role in driving store sales and upholding a high standard of product knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products to assist clients effectively
- Participate in store promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Keep accurate sales records and reports
- Ensure excellent store presentation and adhere to merchandising standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Proven success in sales and customer service
Experience:
- Product knowledge and prior industry experience are advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours
