Job Description:
Buco is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Brackenfell team. This role involves external sales, customer service, and market research to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Sales: Engage with clients to promote and sell products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to all customers.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Order & Quotation Follow-Up: Track and follow up on orders and quotations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- New Business Sourcing: Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Budget & Sales Management: Manage budgets, set goals, and achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and performance.
- Customer Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries and issues.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build strong relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Company Values: Uphold and promote Buco’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar sales position
- Knowledge: Understanding of the general building material environment is essential
- Skills:
- Ability to estimate and calculate house plans
- Proven success in personal selling and achieving sales targets
- Strong customer service skills and experience in finding and converting new business
- Competence in managing and coordinating regular stock takes
