Job Description:

Buco is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Polokwane team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales in the building and construction sector, with a focus on plumbing and electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management: Ensure stock levels are consistently maintained to meet customer demands.
2. Customer Engagement: Listen to customer requirements, provide expert advice, and offer suitable alternatives.
3. Query Resolution: Accurately and promptly address customer queries.
4. Order Management: Oversee the delivery of customer goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.
5. Sales Administration: Manage sales processes and perform general administrative duties related to the role.
6. Order Processing: Handle telephonic orders efficiently.
7. Non-Stock Items: Ensure all non-stock items are quoted and purchased in line with the official company buying policy.
8. Timely Deliveries: Ensure that agreed delivery times are consistently met.
9. Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their purchases and provide help with loading goods when necessary.
10. Company Values: Uphold and promote Buco’s values and culture in all interactions and duties.

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, specifically in the building/construction environment.
  • Experience in plumbing and electrical sales is essential.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
