Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
- Achieve revenue and volume targets as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Maintain a 100% customer call rate and a 90% strike rate.
- Keep stales threshold rate below 0.5%.
- Secure new business in line with Annual Operating Plan goals.
- Manage cash and stock efficiently.
- Analyze reports to drive continuous route improvement.
- Support cost control through efficient vehicle operation.
- Comply with all company policies, including Sales, Health & Safety, and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of company assets (e.g., Hand-Held Computers, Vehicle, Uniform, Mobile Phone).
Qualifications
What will qualify you for the role:
- 3-year Business/Commercial tertiary qualification.
- 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Minimum 1 year of vehicle operating experience.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Driver’s Permit.
- Certified Defensive Driver Certification.
