Purpose of the Job

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving store sales, and maintaining extensive product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions. You’ll build lasting connections with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Job Objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge to guide clients in making informed purchases.
• Actively participate in promotional events, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards are maintained to a high level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Matric Certificate (or equivalent).
• Proven success in sales and customer service.

Experience

• Product knowledge and experience in the retail industry are advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours as needed.
