Job Description:
BUCO Middelburg is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative (Internal) to join our sales team. The role requires a proactive individual to manage stock, assist customers, and ensure smooth order processing. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining optimal stock levels
• Attending to customer requirements and providing product recommendations
• Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally
• Managing the delivery of goods to customers
• Handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate order processing
• Managing quotations for non-stock items
• Meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing excellent customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Upholding and promoting company values and culture, including honesty, accountability, and teamwork

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a building or construction environment
