Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team at BUCO Rustenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service and sales, maintaining sales administration, and building strong customer relationships. You will work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the leadership team while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service and sales interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and objectives as directed by leadership.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and uphold the company’s values and culture in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in the building/construction industry.
