Job Description:
BUCO Montague Gardens is seeking a skilled Sales Representative (Internal) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods. You will also handle telephonic orders, provide expert advice to customers, and assist with administrative duties. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage sales processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stock levels are maintained consistently
• Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate advice or alternatives
• Handle customer queries accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage the delivery of customer goods according to company policy
• Oversee sales and administrative functions, including general administrative tasks
• Take and process telephonic orders
• Quote and purchase non-stock items following company buying policy
• Ensure agreed delivery times are met
• Assist customers in-store and help with loading goods when needed
• Uphold and promote company values and culture

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably in the building/construction industry
