Job Description:
As a Sales Representative (External) at Buco, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively increase our customer base by conducting cold calls to new and potential customers, ensuring a positive representation of the store in the marketplace.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently attain monthly sales budgets through strategic calls and follow-ups with existing customers.
- Order and Quotation Management: Diligently follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays and ensure smooth processing.
- Customer Support: Efficiently resolve customer queries and issues related to goods, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Sales and Administration: Manage both sales processes and associated administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Take ownership of the external sales function, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and product advice.
- Company Values: Uphold and actively promote the company’s values and culture in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven track record.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Additional Requirement: Valid driver’s license.
