Job Description:
BUCO is seeking a motivated Sales Representative (External) to join our dynamic team in Cape Town CBD. This role is essential for expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase the customer base by conducting cold calls to new and potential customers, while positively representing the store in the marketplace.
  • Execute structured calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and drive sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales budgets and targets.
  • Follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays in delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries and manage any issues related to goods.
  • Oversee sales and administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
  • Provide advice and alternatives to customers based on their needs.
  • Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
