Job Description:

Buco is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our team in Empangeni. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through targeted outreach, including conducting “cold calls” to new or potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales budgets, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand the customer base by conducting cold calls to potential customers and maintaining structured calls with existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on orders and quotations to ensure timely delivery and prevent delays.
• Resolve customer queries and handle any issues with goods.
• Manage sales and administrative functions effectively.
• Represent the store positively in the marketplace.
• Provide customers with advice and alternative solutions when needed.
• Uphold and promote the company values and culture.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
