Job Description:
Buco is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Kimberley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving external sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Sales: Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer needs and resolving queries efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Order and Quotation Management: Follow up on orders and quotations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, converting leads into actual sales.
- Sales Target Management: Manage and achieve sales targets, budgets, and goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stock Management: Coordinate and manage regular stock takes.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Company Values: Uphold and promote Buco’s values and culture in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar sales position
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the general building material environment is essential
- Skills: Ability to estimate and calculate house plans
- Sales Track Record: Proven success in personal selling, customer service, and business development
- Specialization: Experience in paint sales is essential
