Job Description:
BUCO Queenstown is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service and driving sales within the building and construction sector. Your goal is to build strong relationships with customers, maintain accurate sales administration, and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing sales and customer interactions.
  • Maintain sales administration, including reporting and documentation.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales goals and objectives as outlined by leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Promote and uphold BUCO’s values and company culture in all dealings.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the building/construction industry.
