Job Overview:
BUCO Kenton-On-Sea is seeking a motivated Sales Rep (Internal) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service and driving sales within the store, ensuring targets are met while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service interactions and ensure a positive shopping experience for clients.
  • Maintain sales administration processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and objectives as outlined by management.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to promote long-term business growth.
  • Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in a building/construction environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
