Job Description:

Buco is looking for a motivated Sales Rep (External) to join our team in Brits. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase the customer base through proactive cold calling and effective representation of the store.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets.
• Follow up on orders and quotations to avoid delays.
• Address and resolve customer queries and issues with goods.
• Manage sales activities and administrative functions efficiently.
• Handle external sales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide advice and alternative solutions to customers.
• Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Grade 12.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Skills: Basic computer skills.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
