Purpose of Position:

To complete and master all aspects of an intensive, hands-on sales operations program through comprehensive training. You will manage and lead a team of sales leaders to ensure customer-centric operations and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive exceptional customer service and maintain world-class store standards. Oversee store image, stock presentation, promotion, and pricing in alignment with our pricing guidelines.
  • Stock Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss by fostering a strong culture, enforcing security measures, and ensuring adherence to stock and cash handling procedures.
  • Cost Management: Manage business operations with a focus on efficiency and cost control. Analyze financial information to drive operational improvements.
  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks according to company guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a dynamic team of sales leaders, providing training, coaching, and performance management within a Sikhula KunYe company culture.
  • People Management: Oversee all aspects of people support within your business unit.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum degree in Retail, Management, Business, or Operations.
  • Skills: Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is a plus).
  • License: Valid Code 8 manual driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively and work away from home.
  • Experience: Ideally 5 years of managerial/leadership experience with direct reports.

The successful candidate will participate in an intensive project-based training program to develop skills for future roles.
