Fidelity Vacanciesch  – Sales Manager

Fidelity is looking for a Sales Manager to drive and exceed regional sales targets while ensuring optimal market positioning and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage sales operations effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Proven track record in sales management.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a history of success.
  • Degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Work with Branch Managers to set and achieve sales targets per geographical area.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share.
  • Analyze sales data to support business decisions.
  • Assist Sales Consultants and Branch Managers in meeting sales objectives.
  • Provide induction, sales, and product training in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Oversee debtors’ control related to new clients and installations.
  • Address and resolve client complaints efficiently.

Marketing Strategy

  • Ensure all approved products are promoted and sold effectively by the sales team.
  • Collect feedback from clients and consultants on products and communicate it to the Technical Department or suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in testing new products before launch.
  • Ensure products are available at the right time and place to meet demand.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize margins while driving client acquisition.
  • Align pricing strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Plan and execute discount campaigns and special offers where applicable.

Advertising and Promotions

  • Develop and implement advertising plans in alignment with corporate marketing strategies.
  • Analyze industry and competitor advertising strategies.
  • Manage and control the advertising budget.
  • Collaborate with advertising suppliers to ensure effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and improve promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and execute public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Client Relations

  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Provide detailed and timely feedback to clients when required.

Human Resources and Team Management

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales staff.
  • Participate in disciplinary processes as needed.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for skill development programs.

Operational Management

  • Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets.
  • Support the Client Service Department in analyzing client complaints.
  • Provide marketing insights to the management team.
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to align team objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
