Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will:
- Strategic Contribution: Serve on the SFP Advisory & Intermediary Services Sales Management Team, supporting strategic planning and execution.
- Sales Processes: Ensure leads generation processes are optimized and clearly understood. Monitor lead flow, analyze trends, and drive effective follow-ups.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with regional managers to create impactful marketing campaigns, budget effectively, and evaluate their success.
- Worksite Prospecting: Assist in identifying and securing new worksites, while assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Training & Development: Deliver customized training to enhance sales staff effectiveness, focusing on the SFP value proposition.
- Sales Tools & Systems: Evaluate and implement tools to boost productivity and ease of doing business for financial planners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product providers to align marketing materials and product packaging with sales objectives.
- Compliance & Standards: Promote sound business practices, resolve queries, and ensure adherence to business rules.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Grade 12. A diploma or degree in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: Extensive experience in financial services within a sales, marketing, or operational environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- IT Proficiency: MS Office Suite, Sanfin, Sanport, and Xplan.
- Business Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of financial services products, regulatory compliance, and distribution models.
- Sales & Marketing: Expertise in campaign development, leads management, and digital enablement.
- Financial Practices: Familiarity with risk management, budgeting, and business metrics.
