Sales Coordinator – Value Logistics
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth, accurate, and efficient operation of the sales function across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Quoting

Compile, review, and distribute quotes for tenders, FMLs, full distribution, fuel and labour adjustments, annual increases, and urgent one-page quotes in line with Standard Operating Procedures

Receive and manage quote requests and electronic tasks for acceptance and processing

Allocate quote reference numbers, update the quote register, and close off quotes once issued

Ensure all quotes are prepared using the correct templates and submitted for verification

Distribute approved quotes to relevant internal and external stakeholders

Calculate one-page quotes using the customer’s current pricing codes
Documentation & Record Keeping

File all quotes and supporting documentation accurately for future reference

Maintain organised records in the appropriate filing systems

Ensure all documentation is complete, traceable, and audit-ready
Operational Support & Compliance

Maintain professional conduct and effective communication at all times

Assist with operational and administrative tasks as required by the sales team

Adhere to Health and Safety standards within the workplace

Maintain high housekeeping standards daily

Comply with company dress code and Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Computer literate
