Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Sales Consultant in Stellenbosch to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to provide security solutions.
- Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems is an advantage.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Strong selling, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet applications.
- Professional appearance with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to seek and close new business opportunities.
- Minimum PSIRA Grade C certification required.
Duties:
- Generate and close deals through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
- Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales.
Performance Standards:
- Meet revenue sales targets and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on all leads and quotes in a timely manner to maximize conversions.
