Fidelity Services Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, offering essential security services to clients.
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products to meet customer needs.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous.
- Matric or equivalent qualification required.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Strong organizational, time management, and selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.
- Presentable with a professional demeanor, valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Enthusiastic about electronic and technical equipment, with a focus on sourcing new business opportunities.
Duties:
- Generate and close sales through self-sourced leads and internally provided opportunities.
- Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to expand business growth.
- Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) on sales progress and targets.
- Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties related to sales activities.
Performance Standards:
- Meet or exceed revenue sales targets and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on all leads and quotes to optimize conversion rates and business opportunities.
