Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, offering essential security services to clients.
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products to meet customer needs.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification required.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.
  • Presentable with a professional demeanor, valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Enthusiastic about electronic and technical equipment, with a focus on sourcing new business opportunities.

Duties:

  • Generate and close sales through self-sourced leads and internally provided opportunities.
  • Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to expand business growth.
  • Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) on sales progress and targets.
  • Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties related to sales activities.

Performance Standards:

  • Meet or exceed revenue sales targets and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow up on all leads and quotes to optimize conversion rates and business opportunities.
