Fidelity Vacancies – Sales Consultant Richardsbay

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and drive success in a fast-paced sales environment? We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Consultants in Richards Bay, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing top-notch security solutions to our clients.
  • Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products to meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by taking a proactive approach and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ideally in capital goods sales.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is a plus, demonstrating technical understanding.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven, capable of thriving in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong selling skills combined with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transport.
  • PSIRA Grade C required.
  • Passion for identifying new business opportunities and interest in electronic and technical equipment.

Duties:

  • Generate and close deals, leveraging both self-sourced and internally provided leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales performance and progress.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records for sales activities.

Performance Standards:

  • Achieve revenue sales targets and foster the acquisition of new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow up promptly on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
