Fidelity is looking for a Sales Consultant-Nelspruit to join our dynamic team. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales skills and a passion for security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing security solutions to customers.
- Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is an advantage.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Strong selling, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.
- Professional appearance with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong business development mindset with an interest in electronic and technical equipment.
Duties:
- Generate and close sales through both self-sourced and internal leads.
- Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales activities.
Performance Standards:
- Achieve revenue sales targets and expand the client base.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and quotes to maximize conversions.
