Buco Vacancies – Sales Co-Ordinator
BUCO is looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to manage customer interactions, sales processes, and administrative tasks to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist and liaise with customers to ensure excellent service
- Handle telesales and sales service operations
- Prepare quotations and estimates accurately
- Manage deliveries and follow up on quotations and estimates
- Oversee sales budgets and account applications
- Conduct meetings and set annual budgets and sales targets
- Process requisitions and buy-outs efficiently
- Handle invoicing and ensure adherence to credit limits
- Conduct performance appraisals and organize staff schedules
- Enforce disciplinary procedures and manage grievances
- Uphold and promote company values and culture
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in project buying with suppliers
- In-depth knowledge of the building and hardware industry
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer skills
- 6 months Kerridge experience preferred
