- Previous sales experience

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Protecting store assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
- Implementing company policies and procedures effectively
- Maintaining an organized store layout and department presentation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring accurate administration for stockroom, markdowns, and Lay-bys
- Replenishing merchandise and ensuring the store is well-maintained
