Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and assisting with merchandise presentation. You will also help management with the daily operations of the store, ensuring a customer-focused and service-oriented environment.

• Previous sales experience is essential
• Strong customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protecting all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers)
• Implementing company policies and procedures effectively
• Assisting with store and department layout implementation
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring correct administration of stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys
• Managing merchandise replenishment and maintaining housekeeping standards
