Key Responsibilities:

• PAXI Strategy Execution:
  Develop and implement strategies to seize new business opportunities and drive sales growth for PAXI.
• Operational Results Management:
  Oversee day-to-day operations for PAXI, ensuring targets are met and operational efficiency is achieved.
• Marketing Custodian:
  Manage and execute marketing requirements to promote and grow PAXI’s brand presence.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Budget Management:
  Take ownership of the PAXI budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective financial management.
• Leadership:
  Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree (B. Comm, B.A. with commercial subjects).
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, buying, or planning within the retail or logistics sector.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
• Project management and process management skills.
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Relevant product knowledge and experience with buying systems and processes.
