Affinity health Careers – Sales Administrator-Leads
This role provides essential administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in managing leads and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Vici Dial operations
- Provide administrative support to senior management and sales teams
- Receive and allocate inbound calls effectively
- Assist sales representatives with policy changes
- Compile and maintain reports, including daily sales stats and performance metrics
- Track and send back leads to sales agents
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with key sales data
- Respond to emails and inquiries from clients and agents
- Prepare and analyze sales statistics (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Manage call time and lead tracking reports
- Handle office administration tasks as required
- Ensure confidentiality in all tasks and processes
- Stay updated with office equipment and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- 2 to 3 years of dialer management experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent administrative and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales support processes and lead management
