Purpose of the Job:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Road Safety Administrator for our Support Services team. The role involves providing administrative support related to road traffic operations, ensuring compliance, handling inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with service providers and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP PtP (Purchase to Pay)
- Familiarity with online systems and Right Crowd system
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, particularly within Road Traffic Services, is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate master compliance files for service provider personnel
- Update and distribute control documents
- Handle and manage inquiries effectively
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Compile and submit monthly reports from service providers
- Liaise with various business units and external service providers
- Manage document handling, including typing and filing of documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Support and collaborate with team members
- Promote a positive company image at all times
- Maintain a follow-up system to ensure tasks are completed
- Administer and maintain records management systems
Functional Competencies:

- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
- Capable of working with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
