Studio88 is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and drive success. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of store functions.
Skills Required:
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Time Management: Effective handling of multiple tasks, including staff scheduling, stock management, and administrative duties.
- Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of techniques to create appealing store displays and maximize sales potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
Experience Required:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in a sales environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
- Proven ability to manage stock, implement control measures to minimize losses, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in managing staff and reporting directly.
