Full Job Description:

Studio88 is seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and drive store success.

Skills Required:

  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and customers.
  • Time Management: Effective management of multiple tasks including staff scheduling, stock handling, and administrative duties.
  • Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create attractive store displays and layouts that maximize sales potential.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Experience Required:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a sales environment, with prior experience in a supervisory or management role essential.
  • Stock Management: Proven ability to manage stock, track inventory, and implement control measures to minimize losses.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Staff Management: Experience in managing and leading a team of staff.
