Full Job Description:

Studio88 is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive store success. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing store functions efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Customer Service: Exceptional skills to deliver outstanding service and enhance the customer experience.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and management.
• Command of English: Well-spoken with a strong command of English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Time Management: Proven skills in managing multiple tasks, including staff scheduling, stock handling, and administrative duties.
• Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of techniques to create attractive store displays and layouts to maximize sales potential.
• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in fostering and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Experience Required:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is essential.
• Expertise in stock management, tracking, and implementing control measures to minimize losses.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing staff effectively.
