Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service to all shoppers
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely order placements
- Handle basic administration and operate IT systems
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Show enthusiasm for retail and a genuine love for animals (product training provided)
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 1 year of retail/sales experience (advantageous)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and pack stock as needed
- Hardworking, reliable, and dependable attitude
- Engaging and interactive personality
- Passion for pets and the retail industry
