Purpose of the Job:

As a Relief Business Analyst, you will be a crucial link between Business Stakeholders, the Systems Team, Pepkor IT, and other IT suppliers. Your role involves optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionality to support our strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for eliciting and analyzing business requirements, processes, and systems. This role requires diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, recommending improvements, and implementing action plans. You will apply industry standards and best practices to define project scopes and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and document business processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage business requirements to streamline processes through systems.
• Document test cases to ensure thorough system configuration testing.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Manage projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
• Test and validate system configurations.
• Govern business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
