Job Overview:
Fidelity is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple Operations Managers and ensure the effective delivery of security services across various locations. This role will report to the Branch Manager and is critical for maintaining client relations, managing HR/IR matters, controlling fleet expenses, conducting investigations, and ensuring that all site security requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients regarding the security services provided.
- Operational Management: Oversee allocated areas to ensure contractual requirements are met as specified by clients.
- Staff Oversight: Ensure that all Security Officers meet the required standards and contractual obligations.
- Service Evaluation: Regularly assess service levels and make recommendations to clients for service improvement.
- Security Staff Management: Supervise security staff to ensure performance standards are consistently met.
- Administration: Handle all necessary administrative tasks associated with operations.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate daily with management and Regional Management on various operational issues.
- HR Management: Address all HR-related queries promptly and formulate appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Reporting: Ensure timely submission of employment forms and weekly/monthly incident and general reports to management.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and report findings accordingly.
- Quality Management Knowledge: Maintain a sound understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Management System requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- PSIRA Grade A registered.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Operational Security Management.
- Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and firearm competency.
- Staff management experience is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- No criminal record or pending cases.
- Strong planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
