About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume recruitment and workforce planning within a fast-paced e-commerce and logistics environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring staffing needs are met in line with business objectives and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment for operational and support roles
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver bulk and high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and assess candidates
• Oversee onboarding and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting using Excel-based systems
• Partner with operational managers to forecast and plan staffing requirements
• Ensure recruitment targets, timelines, and SLAs are consistently met
• Coordinate recruitment assessments, including system-based testing

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition management role
• Strong background in high-volume or operational recruitment environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel as a core recruitment tool
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Valid right to work in South Africa
• Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments and testing
