About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume recruitment and workforce planning within a fast-paced e-commerce and logistics environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring staffing needs are met in line with business objectives and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full end-to-end recruitment for operational and support roles
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver bulk and high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and assess candidates
- Oversee onboarding and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting using Excel-based systems
- Partner with operational managers to forecast and plan staffing requirements
- Ensure recruitment targets, timelines, and SLAs are consistently met
- Coordinate recruitment assessments, including system-based testing
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition management role
- Strong background in high-volume or operational recruitment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel as a core recruitment tool
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid right to work in South Africa
- Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments and testing
