We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant (Bulk) to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment process for operational staff, including Armed Response, Guarding, and Cleaning roles. Reporting to: Human Resources Business Partner
Overall Purpose of the Job:
The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process for operational roles within the organization, ensuring that vacancies are filled efficiently and in line with business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matriculation (minimum requirement); a tertiary qualification in HR or Communications is preferred.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience across various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of the full 360 recruitment cycle.
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source and recruit operational staff for roles such as Armed Response, Guarding, and Cleaning.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and shortlisting based on job specifications.
- Sourcing: Utilize multiple recruitment channels including online job boards, print media, networking, and referrals to source quality candidates.
- Agency Usage: Minimize agency reliance, only engaging agencies in emergencies with proper authorization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Line Managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that all administrative and audit requirements are met.
- Interviewing & Candidate Management: Conduct competency-based interviews, manage candidate feedback, and process applications efficiently.
- Administration: Oversee candidate management, handle offers, contracts, and ensure excellent client liaison throughout the hiring process.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with Line Managers and HR business partners on recruitment activities and updates.
- e-Recruitment Management: Handle all vacancies via the e-Recruitment system and provide weekly and monthly reports to the Group Talent Manager.
