Job Description
Food Lovers Market is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting office operations through effective communication, file organization, and supply management. As a Receptionist, you’ll facilitate communication, handle phone calls, and perform key administrative tasks to ensure smooth and productive interactions within the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Adapt to and learn new systems efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain computer literacy and proficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan and record minutes for meetings.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and forms.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Update and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research vendors.
  • Manage contact lists and book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide support to visitors and act as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Handle office equipment and perform related tasks.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Reside within 20 km of the job location.
