Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Driver to join our team at Food Lovers Market. As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely moving stock from the Receiving area to the Inventory warehouse floor. This role reports directly to the Inventory Manager or Outbound Manager and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.

What You’ll Do

  • Move stock from the Receiving area to Inventory efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform put-away tasks by transferring and allocating received inventory into the warehouse allocation in a timely manner.
  • Replenish stock to the picking area as needed.
  • Assist pickers with bulk picking by delivering correct items and quantities from Inventory to the checking bay.
  • Support the Inventory team with stocktaking activities.
  • Complete a daily Reach Truck checklist before operating the equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Report any damages or issues promptly.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards.
  • Handle heavy lifting and move products as required.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge to support accurate picking and packing.
  • Operate a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
  • Work efficiently, especially during peak periods.
