Job Objectives:
As a Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include providing high standards of customer service and care while maintaining efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicines. You will also be responsible for accurate dispensary administration, compounding, and providing general health advice to customers. Additionally, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display is essential to ensure an organized and appealing environment. You will also be required to perform ad hoc tasks as per operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric with Maths (Essential)

Minimum requirements as outlined by the Health Professions Council of South Africa for various levels of a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic)
Skills, Abilities, and Job Related Knowledge:

Product knowledge in the Health isle and OTC products

SAPC and relevant legal knowledge

Customer service orientation

Ability to work as part of a team

Basic calculation skills
