Clicks Group Careers – Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant – Boksburg

Job Objectives:

• Provide high standards of customer service and care.

• Manage efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicines.

• Ensure efficient dispensary administration and accurate compounding of medications.

• Offer general health advice to customers.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.

• Handle ad hoc operational requirements as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Essential: Matric with Maths

• Must meet the minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic).

Experience:

• Relevant experience in a pharmacy environment is preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Job-Related Knowledge:

• Strong product knowledge, especially in the Health aisle and OTC products.

• In-depth understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal knowledge.

• Customer service-oriented with strong teamwork skills.

• High integrity and adherence to ethical working practices and compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in basic calculations and IT Business Operating Systems.

• Competent in using MS Office.
