Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Properties Clerk to join the team at Truworths, based at our Head Office in Cape Town. This position is ideal for someone experienced in capturing bulk payments and drafting detailed reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities

Capturing Utility Payments into the Truworths Property System (TPS) on a monthly basis.

Reconciling Landlord Statements to TPS each month.

Handling Landlord queries via phone and email on a daily basis.

Liaising with Landlords to obtain necessary supporting documentation regularly.

Calculating annual rates increases or decreases as required.

Managing ad hoc projects as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Matric qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Clerical roles.

Strong reconciliation experience is essential.
-
Property reconciliation experience would be an advantage.
Competencies

Proficient in computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong numeric and analytical skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Capable of prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
