Job Purpose
The Project Manager (Property & Store Design-Inland) will be responsible for executing all regional store refurbishment projects and new store builds in alignment with the property and store design strategy. This includes adhering to group policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all projects contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Job Objectives
The primary responsibility is to implement the annual refurbishment programme for regional stores, including those that are to be enlarged or relocated, ensuring full compliance with both business and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of refurbishment and new store build projects, ensuring they align with the regional plan and budget, enabling the business to meet its operational goals.

The role also involves completing allocated regional projects within the set budget, timeline, and quality standards while adhering to regulatory requirements. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, architects, and local authorities, is crucial for ensuring smooth project execution.

The Project Manager will be expected to provide timely, accurate, and standardized reports to support informed decision-making, mitigate risks, and maintain effective control over the regional projects. Additionally, the role requires managing financial and other resources to successfully deliver the operating plan and meet business objectives.
