Fidelity Vacancies – Polygraph Examiner-Middelburg /Witbank

A vacancy exists for a Polygraph Examiner based in the Middelburg/Witbank area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting integrity voice stress and polygraph tests as required by management. This position reports to the Polygraph Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic and incident-related voice stress and polygraph tests as per operational needs and client service agreements.
  • Analyze and assess test findings.
  • Ensure timely availability of test results to relevant managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of test results and sensitive information.
  • Provide daily communication with operations management, senior management, and directors when necessary.
  • Ensure all tests are conducted according to industry standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Treat all test subjects with professionalism and respect.
  • Schedule regular and contractual tests as required by operational management and client agreements.
  • Provide timely feedback on test outcomes.
  • Conduct emergency tests in response to incidents, utilizing voice stress and polygraph assessments in investigations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and voice stress analysis software.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in voice stress and polygraph examinations.
  • Certification in both Voice Stress and Polygraph analysis (AVSAPRO).
  • Must reside in the Witbank/Middelburg area.
  • Own reliable transport.
